Refund policy

Please note that since our candles are handmade, they will vary in appearance and not every item will be identical.
Since each candle is made-to-order, we do not accept any exchanges or returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at hello@atduskco.com with more information about your issue, as well as any photos showing any damages.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Stolen or Lost Parcels
Once your package has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.  If your package is lost, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with the information required to create a claim with the shipping company.
